P6013

DESCRIPTION

A rutile-cellulosic stick electrode for a wide variety of mild steel fabrication and assembly applications. Ideally suited for welding in the vertical-down position where it produces slightly concave welds merging smoothly into the base metal without any undercutting.

APPLICATIONS

For use on all types of mild steel fabrication, this P6013 is ideal for vertical-down welding.

P81

DESCRIPTION

P81 is a heavy iron-powder coated electrode characterized by deep penetration, maximum deposition rate and high speed. Ductility and soundness are exceptional, impact strength is great at low temperature.

APPLICATIONS

Designed for welding horizontal fillets where long welding per electrode and easy slag removal are desired. Applications include railroad cars, earth moving equipment, and positioned welds in pressure vessels and piping, shipyards, etc.

P54

DESCRIPTION

The P54 is a special basic-coated electrode with excellent operational characteristics in all positions. It is designed for general fabrication, maintenance application and sitework where all positional operability is required.

APPLICATIONS

The principal applications of OGET P54 are: welding hardenable steels, where no pre-heat is used, welding high sulphur, free machining steels; welding cold rolled steels; welding low alloy or mild steel.
