The P250 is specially designed for cushion layers under hardfacings.

P91

DESCRIPTION

A basic type coated stick electrode for applying wear resistant coatings of medium hardness to a wide range of components subject to wear by combined impact and mild abrasion.
The weld metal is readily machinable.

APPLICATIONS

OGET P91 is suitable for cushion layers under hardfacing.

P92

DESCRIPTION

A basic type coated stick electrode for depositing high wear ? and resisting overlays. The weld deposit is machinable only using sintered hard metal tipped tools. The weld metal is particularly resistant to impact wear and shock.

P93

DESCRIPTION

A basic type coated stick electrode for applying tough and wear resistant overlays to components subject to severe wear. It can only be machined by grinding.

P93 electrodes can be successfully employed for hardfacing mill hammers for pulverizing coal, disintegrating iron ore, etc.
